[New school! Living on her own! A new and no doubt bizarre world to discover.

After finishing up registration, dropping her stuff off in her (at the time empty) new room, and bidding farewell to her parents, Annie heads out into the bright, shining outdoors (okay, it's 56 degrees and cloudy) to explore her beautiful new home.

No classes today, so there should be people hanging around campus, right? PRIORITY 1 MAKE FRIENDS, PRIORITY 2 TO BE DETERMINED LATER]

[ There's definitely a seemingly nine year old girl hanging around the courtyard at the school, looking for anybody - possibly new students? - that she can prey on. She looks rather out of place here, though that's not necessarily a bad thing.

But if she does spot someone, she'll beam rather cheerfully and head their way, waving.

At least she's being kind about it all, right? ]

What is it? [ There is a curious look in her eyes as she tilts her head to the side. ]

I know that much. [ She's not a prude. ] I was planning on making friends with some of them.

[ At least Illya doesn't have a track record of being a little shit. She just uses words to mess with people's heads!! ]

[ Illya lets out a sigh, folding her arms over her chest. ]

Don't worry, I won't hurt them.

[ don't betray that trust, tiny one. she can be hella fucking scary during her rare moments of anger. ]

Alright. [ She says this rather cooly before: ] So, how are you today?

Besides being busy on opening day? [ awkward laughing ]

[ Lissa waves back!

...this small child is waving at her right? Right. Must be someone's little sister seeing them off or something? Maybe? ]

You're a new student, right? [ Her voice is idly curious as she leans in a little closer, a cheeky smile on her lips. ]

It's nice to meet you. [ She lets a polite curtsy, bowing. ] My name is Illyasviel von Einzbern. What's your name, onee-chan?

[ She still doesn't know what that knee chan thing is but she sort of awkwardly reciprocates the curtsy at least. ]

Just got here. I'm Lissa d'Ylisse. Nice to meet you.

I see. Do you know your way around yet?

Oh heck no. It's gonna be rough to start for sure.

Then... you don't mind if I show you around, do you? I know all the fun places around here.

No offense, but shouldn't one of the... y'know... older students do that? Or at least someone who's been here a while.

I have been here a while! [ She's knitting her brows in frustration. Like seriously. But maybe she shouldn't get too angry at the new student, otherwise she'd end up getting into trouble and having to erase their memories and that's never fun. ]

... Do you know why you're at this school?

[ ...how long is a while when you're like ten kid? Seriously. ]

Uh, well, because of the quality of education, mostly? My sister Emmeryn went here too, but that might have been too long ago for people to remember.

[ Don't mention magic when you aren't sure the other person knows: she's got that down. ]

Buuut yeah this is a pretty special place huh?

[ She's curious, actually. ]

She graduated about six years ago so I imagine there aren't too many students who know who she is.

[ Although now she's a little nervous about this 'special' talk. ]

[ That's around the time that she started coming to this school, actually, so she vaguely remembers who that is. Huh. ]

Really? That means you know the secret, right? [ Because if she remembers correctly from what she kind of remembers about her sister, she was in on it all. ]
