Action, On a Sunday

[New school! Living on her own! A new and no doubt bizarre world to discover.

After finishing up registration, dropping her stuff off in her (at the time empty) new room, and bidding farewell to her parents, Annie heads out into the bright, shining outdoors (okay, it's 56 degrees and cloudy) to explore her beautiful new home.

No classes today, so there should be people hanging around campus, right? PRIORITY 1 MAKE FRIENDS, PRIORITY 2 TO BE DETERMINED LATER]

[ Illya is clearly one of the rudest students on campus if she's planning on jumping her with a tackle. Someone has her priorities set straight, considering that she's been here for six years.

She practically knows everyone's names like the back of her hand at this point... ]

That's a lot of things you're carrying, onii-chan. [ Don't mind her, she's just looking rather impressed at all of the suitcases he has. ]

Alright. [ She says this rather cooly before: ] So, how are you today?

No offense, but shouldn't one of the... y'know... older students do that? Or at least someone who's been here a while.

I have been here a while! [ She's knitting her brows in frustration. Like seriously. But maybe she shouldn't get too angry at the new student, otherwise she'd end up getting into trouble and having to erase their memories and that's never fun. ]

... Do you know why you're at this school?

[ ...how long is a while when you're like ten kid? Seriously. ]

Uh, well, because of the quality of education, mostly? My sister Emmeryn went here too, but that might have been too long ago for people to remember.

[ Don't mention magic when you aren't sure the other person knows: she's got that down. ]

She graduated about six years ago so I imagine there aren't too many students who know who she is.

[ Although now she's a little nervous about this 'special' talk. ]

[ That's around the time that she started coming to this school, actually, so she vaguely remembers who that is. Huh. ]

Really? That means you know the secret, right? [ Because if she remembers correctly from what she kind of remembers about her sister, she was in on it all. ]

I bet she left an impression on everyone too. [ Because she's just AMAZING. ]

[Well, that was abrupt. Athrun may be faster on the uptake than most people, but even he wasn't anticipating a subject change that fast.]

--Well, I'm, ah, moving in right now. It's all personal materials. Clothing, toiletries, a TV, a computer...

[WHOA WHAT STRANGER DANGER

She turns around in surprise, a few smokey shadows reflexively jolting out from her legs. Then her not-brain catches up with the rest of her body and she recognizes that all too familiar face and voice.

Oh boy. Illya.

The shadows quickly retreat and she attempts to shield herself as best she can from the tackling force of Illya. She quickly finds herself being pushed toward the ground.

Dammit. She hopes no one noticed those shadows. She really had to stop being so jumpy, even with characters like Illya running about.]

I didn't say anything about magic. But if you think we're talking about magic, we might be.

[The gentleman within Athrun wants to say no. But this time, his rational mind wins out.]

Sure. Would you mind holding the door open for me?

Eheh. Did I surprise you?

[ Such mature. Wow. Of course she'll stand properly as she adjusts herself, looking rather pleased with herself. ]

[Celty gives her a look. As best as she can give looks when you're beneath a helmet and you don't even have a head to give looks with. She reaches into her jacket as a shadow quickly dumps a PDA into her hands.]

A little. How have you been?

I got to spend time with my family over the break back in Germany. What about you, Celty? Did you do anything over the vacation?

[losingherhead]

I traveled a bit. Spent a couple days back home in Ireland. I tried to stay close to St. Augustus though.

[Ireland feels strange now that she's not terrorizing it, but it still has this nostalgic feeling to it.]

Ireland, huh... What's it like over there? [ She's quite curious, seeing as Illya's never been to anywhere besides Germany, Japan, and well... here. ]
