Most of her abilities can be utilized both in reality and the Duelscape due to being a "manmade esper" in every sense of the word. However, her powers are cut in half in reality due to a limiter - which was also implanted in her brain - just in case she goes berserk and accidentally goes overboard (which isn't likely -- Mikoto tends to limit her powers in general depending on her opponent because she doesn't want to kill anyone) and most electric shocks are going to be used for comedic uses only in the Real World.

But to clarify things even further:
    • Her electric field is always up. It works similarly as it does in canon, meaning that people can approach her just fine, just other espers that try to tamper with her brain might get a tiny aftershock - similarly to a static shock you'd get from recoil. It won't be enough to kill anybody, that's for sure.
    • Electricity is nerfed in the real world to about 25-50%; Mikoto can control it just fine a good 80% of the time; the other 20% is when someone pisses her off. Most of the time the person will be comedically fried unless she's being absolutely serious.
    • Railgun can only be used at its full strength in the Duelscape unless her limiter is removed. It can still be used in the real world, but not as powerful and it cannot go as far.
    • Anything life threatening or that can be used to injure someone severely aka send them to the hospital is nerfed in the real world. It will most likely not come up in Duelscape unless the character is a villainous person, due to her personality. Her power tends to waver depending on who she's fighting and how serious she is.
    • Hacking is real world only unless something in the Duelscape really calls for it. She won't use this in most cases, though.
    • Usage of Testament is forbidden unless it comes up in an event/plot -- I'll definitely ask first before ever using it, since it deals with memory loss and manipulation. Same goes for her telepathic immunity.
